The International Motor Coach Group is an elite organization where membership is by invitation only and is comprised of only the best motor coach operators in the transportation industry.

The IMG Standards Include:
  • Minimum of 5 years of business, experience and operation
  • Operating authority on a federal and state level
  • Provide mandated IMG professional driver-training program with defensive driving and customer-service components
  • Maintain a fleet of safe, clean, quality modern, DVD-equipped motor coaches
  • Maintain an on-site, full-service garage and maintenance facility
  • Maintain a minimum of 5 million in liability insurance
  • Active drug and alcohol testing program
  • Provide a standard emergency response time, on-call mechanics and 24/7 dispatcher contact
  • Maintain a proven preventative maintenance program
  • Offer a mutual commitment to provide service to all other IMG companies with parts, equipment and qualified service personnel, upon request
  • Posses excellent Department of Transportation and/or Department of Defense ratings
  • Have facilities and equipment available for customer inspection
  • Maintain a customer feedback process
